Orders and runner requests
Open the order or request in the app to see its status, chat with the shop or runner, or cancel before the runner starts.
Payments and refunds
You're only charged once a runner accepts. If a request is cancelled before the runner starts, Mzala sends a full refund within minutes; your bank decides when it shows.
Safety
Keep payments inside Mzala and never share your PIN or OTP. In any chat, tap ••• to report or block someone. We review reports within 24 hours.
Your account
Change your details in Profile. To delete your account, go to Profile → Settings and privacy → Delete account.
